 Mr.
Li Entai
Patent Attorney
Mr.Li graduated in 1953 from Huadong Institute of Aeronautics
& Astronautics majoring jetengine. After graduation,
Mr Li worked as senior engineer for China Shenyang Aircraft
Manufacturing Factory. In 1980, Mr.Li worked as chief
patent examiner and headed No.2 Patent Examination Section
of the Chinese Patent Office.
From 1982 to 1985, Mr.Li was sent by the Chinese Patent
Office to the German Patent Office working as an expert
and examiner. In 1989, Mr.Li qualified as the first
senior Patent Attorney in China and began practising
intellectual property law with full experience in the
prosecution and registration of patents and litigation
in the field of mechanical engineering and electronics.
Mr.Li is a member of All China Patent Association and
AIPPI.

Mr.Guangsheng Cao
Patent Attorney
Mr. Cao graduated from HuaZhong Industry Institute
(now HuaZhong University of Science and Technology)
in 1962, majoring in the direction of Precise Instruments
of Mechanics Department. After graduation in 1962, he
worked at Beijing Astronomy Research Institute of Chinese
Academy of Sciences and was engaged in mechanical research
and design of astronomical telescope for 18 years. From
1980 to 1986, Mr. Cao worked as a Patent Attorney in
the Patent Department of CCPIT. During that period,
he has ever studied with respect to patent agent from
Japanese Patent Attorney Association and Qiancun International
Patent & Trademark Agency Ltd.. Then, Mr. Cao worked
in China Everbright Group in the field of foreign trade
and foreign joint-venture from 1986 to 1990. From 1990
up to now, Mr. Cao works with Beijing Sanyou Intellectual
Property Agency Ltd. and Wang & Associates as a
Patent Attorney.

Mr.Guan Li
Patent Attorney
Mr. Li graduated from Politics Department of HuaBei
University in 1949. He studied in Changchun Air Force
No.2 Aeronautic College in the field of mechanics in
1950. From 1960 to 1963, Mr. Li worked in Electronics
Division of Anhui Provincial Institute of Science. He
worked as a Patent Attorney in Patent Agent of Hefei
Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Mr. Li now works

Mr.Sun graduated in 1996 from Haerbin Institute of Technology

Mr. Wang Hongxing

Mr. Wang studied chemistry with major in chemical engineering
at the Northwest University. After graduation Mr. Wang
worked as engineer for Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical
Co., Ltd. for nearly 5 years. And then he obtained his
master degree in the chemistry at Beijing University
of Chemical Technology. After that he worked as Chemical
Engineer all through up to the present at Beijing Yanshan

Mrs. Li studied chemistry with major in organic chemistry
at Hunan University. For ten years she specialized her

Co., Ltd. During the period, Mrs. Li throw herself into

Graduated from China Pharmaceutical University in 2000,
Ms. Wang obtained her B.S. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry
and worked for the Double-Crane Pharmaceutical Company
in organic drug synthesis at the same year. In September
2002, Ms. Wang entered the Institute of Materia Medica
of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking
Union Medical College as postgraduate, majoring in Medicinal
Chemistry. Obtained M.S. in August 2005, Ms. Wang started
her career in IP law practice at Wang & Associates
at the same year. Having been studied and worked for
years, Ms. Wang gained well-grounded knowledge in medicinal
subjects such as Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Synthesis,
Pharmacology, Traditional Chinese Medicinal Chemistry,
Biochemistry ect., and was familiar with the course
of drug’s R&D(research and development) and
procedure of protection on patent.
